Job Description
Join Middle River Aerostructure Systems as a Lead Manufacturing Engineer and play a pivotal role in supporting legacy and new product introduction (NPI) programs. Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing personnel.
- Develop assembly work instructions and tooling designs.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize labor hours and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Drive R&D and new technology initiatives to push the boundaries of aerospace manufacturing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Desirable: Experience with Catia V5, aerospace manufacturing, GD&T, and Lean Six Sigma methods.
