We are looking for a skilled Line Cook specializing in Broil/Grill to join the Texas Roadhouse team. As a Broil Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and flavor of our legendary steaks, which are beloved by our customers.

Responsibilities

• Execute meat searing, seasoning, and cooking according to established standards.
• Adhere to proper sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Understand and follow Prep Sheets and operate equipment efficiently.
• Contribute to a teamwork-oriented atmosphere in the kitchen.

Requirements

• Prior experience in grilling or broiling is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Food Handler's Certification is a plus.
