Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at GoldOller Real Estate Investments. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining residential apartment homes and property areas, performing repairs, and ensuring excellent upkeep standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance of residential apartment homes and property areas.
- Conduct repairs including small appliances, plumbing, and electrical tasks.
- Respond to emergency calls according to company policy.
- Other duties as outlined in the job description.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of multifamily facilities/apartment maintenance experience.
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- EPA certification required.
- Strong safety skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work weekends and travel as needed.
- Physical ability to lift over 50lbs and perform manual tasks.
- Knowledge of equipment functions and maintenance tools.
