Job Description

Charter Next Generation (CNG), formerly known as Bloomer Plastics, is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to join our team in Bloomer, WI. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the operation and output of assigned production lines, ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in a manner that adheres to safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain good interaction and teamwork with supervisors and co-workers.

Requirements

• Associate degree in electromechanical technology, electrical/electronic technology, mechanical technology, or plastics technology.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of electrical maintenance experience preferred.
• Demonstrated skill in organizing work, setting priorities, troubleshooting, and decision making.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
