Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Our company, Green Source Automation LLC, located in Jerome, Idaho, is currently looking for an experienced Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in the lifecycle of our automated systems, from design and development to installation, start-up, and ongoing support. You will be responsible for maintaining Robotics Systems in the dairy industry, conducting routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring the optimal performance of our automated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform biweekly maintenance on all six Robotics Systems.
• Conduct weekly brush changes to maintain system efficiency.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Adhere to set work hours and have the flexibility for occasional on-call shifts.

Requirements

• Develop necessary skills for maintenance tasks on automated systems.
• Possess a mechanical aptitude and understanding of PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Comfortable working with chemicals like Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, and Iodine.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, communicate effectively, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical systems and owning reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

This is a full-time position with a yearly salary range of $55,000 to $75,000.
