Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Green Source Automation LLC, based in Jerome, Idaho, is looking for an experienced Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in all aspects of our automated systems, from design to support, ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our systems in the dairy industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Robotics Systems in the dairy industry.
• Perform biweekly maintenance on all six systems.
• Change brushes weekly and conduct monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Adhere to set shift hours and occasional on-call shifts may be required.

Requirements

• Develop the necessary skills for maintenance tasks.
• Possess a mechanical mindset.
• Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft Office.
• Read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Comfortable working with chemicals like Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, and Iodine.
• Effective communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Self-motivated with strong time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
