Job Description
We are looking for a Mechanic/Technician Apprentice to join our team at Utah Transit Authority. As an apprentice, you will participate in technical instruction and classroom sessions, demonstrating competency in modules such as Preventative Maintenance, Electrical, Brakes, and more. You will assist in repairs, perform maintenance inspections, and learn from experienced team members. Successful candidates must meet specific qualifications, certifications, and educational requirements as outlined in the job summary.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have or acquire a Class B CDL with passenger endorsement within 60 days.
- Various qualification pathways available, including related degree, military experience, technical school plus experience, or UTA experience.
