Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Manager of Respiratory Services to join our team at Kettering Health Network. In this role, you will manage the operation of CardioPulmonary and Respiratory services at our medical facilities, overseeing inventory, budgets, productivity, education, and daily operations while exemplifying our organization's mission, vision, and values. Reporting to the Director of Respiratory Services, you will play a crucial role in supporting network initiatives and setting a high standard for quality care.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise CardioPulmonary and Respiratory services at designated medical centers.
• Oversee supply inventory, expense budgets, and productivity metrics.
• Ensure compliance with licensure requirements and maintain a high standard of daily operations.
• Serve as a role model for Kettering Health Network's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Requirements

• Graduate of a 2-4 year AMA-approved Respiratory Program.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in the Respiratory field.
• At least 5 years of experience in supervision, preferably within Kettering Health Network.
• Hold required licenses: Respiratory Therapist, Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner, RRT Credentials, current BLS with ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and education skills.
• Advanced clinical and technical knowledge of Respiratory Care.
• Proficiency in computer systems and EMR.
