Responsibilities

  • Lead and assist on sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals.
  • Develop and nurture relationships within the aviation industry to drive MRO business growth.
  • Manage contract profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Interact with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Contribute to sales and business plans for the business unit.
  • Assist in negotiating with key clients and develop operating procedures to support contracts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Customer Contract, or Product Management.
  • Previous experience in the aviation industry, particularly in MRO operations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively.
  • Experience in leading programs or projects.
