NEW Site Opening Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful staging and openings of new facilities, ensuring adherence to policies, budget management, and operational readiness. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans for new facility openings.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assess site suitability and ensure operational readiness.
• Procure necessary supplies, equipment, and technology for daily operations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design site utilization plans.
• Manage the staging team and contractors during the lead-up to site opening.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in construction or new site openings.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time and work non-traditional hours.

Working Conditions
