Job Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated New Site Opening Manager to join Centria Autism, a leading organization dedicated to providing services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful staging and openings of new facilities, ensuring adherence to policies, budget management, and operational readiness.   • Develop and manage project plans for new facility openings.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Assess site suitability and ensure operational readiness.
  • Procure necessary supplies, equipment, and technology for daily operations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design site utilization plans.
  • Manage the staging team and contractors during the lead-up to site opening.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in construction or new site openings.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time and work non-traditional hours.

Working Conditions
