NEW Site Opening Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a talented New Site Opening Manager to join Centria Autism, a leading provider of services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. As the New Site Opening Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful staging and opening of new facilities dedicated to providing services for clients with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage project plans for opening new autism treatment facilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external parties to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate facility assessments and preparations to ensure operational readiness prior to opening.
• Manage procurement, installation of supplies, equipment, and technology required for daily operations.
• Ensure timely opening of facilities within designated budget while mitigating risks during the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, construction, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in construction or new site openings.
• Multi-site project management experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working Conditions

• Approximately 80% travel required.
• Occasional non-traditional work hours may be necessary.
• Flexible travel schedule based on project needs.

Physical Demands

Physical requirements include bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 30 pounds. Close visual acuity and data analysis on screens are part of the role.
