NEW Site Opening Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and organized New Site Opening Manager to join Centria Autism Services. As the New Site Opening Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful opening of new facilities that offer services to clients with autism spectrum disorder. Your main objectives will include coordinating project management tasks, assessing facility readiness, and ensuring smooth operations at new sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans for opening new autism treatment facilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assess site suitability and coordinate facility preparation with various departments.
• Procure necessary supplies, equipment, and technology for daily operations.
• Manage the staging process with external teams and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in construction or new site openings.
• Multi-site project management experience.

Skills and Competencies

• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and G Suite applications.
• Hands-on leader with problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours and travel frequently.

Salary

$70,000 - $90,000 per year with a bonus potential of 10% based on performance.
