Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe environment and ensure all safety standards are met.
• Oversee construction field operations, including in-house crews and subcontractors.
• Coordinate and schedule field activities to meet project scope and deadlines.
• Forecast construction timelines, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
• Ensure successful project completion within budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Prioritize and multitask projects to completion.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and support network deployment.

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in network drawings, operational improvement, and fiber optic infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of project management tools and FTTH infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in fiber network deployments and team management.
