Plumbing Quality Technician

Job Description

NP Mechanical Rice Services Inc is currently looking for a Plumbing Quality Technician to join our team in Indio, CA. This position is an hourly non-exempt role with a pay range of $22.00 - $28.00 per hour. As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial production and processing machinery, handling plumbing drain cleaning and service calls, educating and assisting customers, and ensuring quality standards are met on all jobs.

Responsibilities

• Complete plumbing drain cleaning and in-home service calls.
• Educate and assist customers.
• Work with customer service and dispatch for business success.
• Ensure quality standards on all job sites.
• Prevent problems and resolve emerging issues.
• Drive to different job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Be accurate and timely with paperwork.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in machinery or related fields.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload and lift up to 70 pounds.
