Production Trainer

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Production Trainer to join our team at Bakerly Barn LLC. The Trainer will play a crucial role in training and developing associates for various production positions including machine operators, line conductors, and packaging operators. Responsibilities include acclimating new hires to onboarding stages, enhancing the training program, conducting evaluations, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have experience in lean manufacturing production, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to adapt to changing priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Acclimate new hires to onboarding stages.
• Enhance and improve the training program.
• Communicate with supervisors for training assignments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and assess training needs.
• Provide effective training to increase work performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Assist in downtime periods with various tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year experience in lean manufacturing production/training.
• High school/GED diploma required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and react to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, GMPS, and safe work practices.
• Physical ability to handle various tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
