Production Trainer

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Production Trainer to join our team at Bakerly Barn LLC. As a Production Trainer, you will play a crucial role in training and developing new and existing associates for various production positions. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for improvement, strong communication skills, and a commitment to upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Acclimate new hires to onboarding stages.
• Enhance and improve the training program.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors for training assignments.
• Conduct training sessions and evaluate effectiveness.
• Ensure trainees meet efficiency goals and maintain work performance.
• Follow training program guidelines and safety regulations.
• Assist in downtime activities and support certified employees.
• Promote product and packaging quality.
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year experience in lean manufacturing production or training.
• High school/GED diploma required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge in HACCP and SQF preferred.
• Understanding of safe work practices and environmental regulations.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or climb.
• Physical dexterity for handling supplies and tools.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Good vision and depth perception.
