Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Program Manager to join our team at KLAMATH BASIN BEHAVIORAL HEALTH. This role involves supervising staff and ensuring program compliance with regulatory standards, focusing on the well-being of children and youth in our community. As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care and maintaining the highest clinical and ethical standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise program staff to ensure quality care for residents.
- Ensure compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules and licensing requirements.
- Facilitate positive relationships with referring agencies and community professionals.
- Engage in hiring, training, and providing feedback to staff.
- Advocate for the needs of youth and ensure staff availability as per guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing programs for children or youth.
- Valid Oregon driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Strong understanding of trauma and behavioral health treatment.
