Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Project Engineer to join Bakerly Barn LLC. As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in leading the technical aspects of engineering projects, from design to implementation. You will collaborate with the Engineering Manager, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution, equipment installations, and process improvements. Responsibilities

  • Understand technical specifications and collaborate with the Engineering Manager.
  • Manage bidding process with suppliers and make recommendations.
  • Coordinate equipment installations and process implementations.
  • Facilitate training for operators and technicians.
  • Identify and propose process and equipment optimizations.
  • Maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Provide technical guidance to company personnel and clients.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Engineering & Plant Manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with foreign suppliers and diverse teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Physical ability to work in challenging environments.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to stoop, kneel, crawl, climb, stand, walk, and reach.
  • Visual acuity for various tasks and adjustments.

Backup

The Engineering Manager serves as the backup in the absence of the Project Engineer.
