As a Radiology Technologist at Corewell Health, you will perform accurate and efficient diagnostic exams across all areas of general radiology. Essential Duties
- Perform quality diagnostic exams after verifying patient identification and physician orders.
- Acquire accurate patient history and document in medical records.
- Monitor patients during procedures for safety.
- Use age-appropriate methods for radiographic and patient care procedures.
- Effectively communicate with various departments and stakeholders.
- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment proficiently.
- Provide procedural information and education to patients and families.
- Contribute to department operations and compliance with quality standards.
- Assist in training new hires and students.
- Maintain competency in various radiology procedures.
Qualifications
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- Certifications such as CRT-R, CRT, and BLS required.
