Job Description

As a Radiology Technologist, you will perform accurate diagnostic exams in various areas of general radiology, ensuring patient safety and delivering the best possible images for interpretation.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality diagnostic exams following verification of patient identification and physician orders.
- Obtain accurate patient history and document in medical records.
- Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety.
- Use age-appropriate methods for radiographic and patient care procedures.
- Communicate effectively with various departments and stakeholders.
- Proficiently operate imaging equipment and follow protocols in case of malfunctions.
- Adhere to radiation protection standards.
- Provide procedural information and education to patients and families.
- Assist in training new hires and students.
- Maintain competency in assigned areas and follow quality assurance protocols.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- CRT-Radiographer (R) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
