Job Description

As a Radiology Technologist, you will perform accurate diagnostic exams in various areas of general radiology, ensuring patient safety and following radiation protection principles. Your responsibilities will include acquiring patient history, monitoring patients during procedures, communicating effectively with medical staff, and maintaining equipment and exam room cleanliness.
Essential Duties
- Perform quality diagnostic exams after verifying patient identification and physician orders.
- Acquire accurate patient history and document in medical records.
- Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety.
- Utilize diagnostic imaging equipment proficiently and follow quality control procedures.
- Provide procedural information/education to patients and families.
Qualifications
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- CRT-Radiographer (R) - ARRT required upon hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA required upon hire.
