Job Description
Corewell Health is currently seeking a full-time Radiology Technologist to join our team at Dearborn Hospital. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a crucial role in performing accurate diagnostic exams in general radiology while following established policies and procedures. You will be responsible for ensuring patient safety, providing high-quality imaging services, and contributing to the smooth operation of the department.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality diagnostic exams with precision and efficiency.
- Monitor patients during procedures to maintain safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients, medical staff, and peers.
- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment proficiently and adhere to quality control protocols.
- Contribute to the training of new hires and students.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- Required certifications: CRT-Radiographer (R), CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration, CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS).
