We are looking for experienced Operating Room/Endoscopy Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team at Goshen Hospital. As a Float Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing professional nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. Responsibilities:
- Perform circulating functions during procedures and manage patient care.
- Assist physicians with surgical and endoscopy tasks.
- Prepare procedure rooms, instruments, and equipment.
Requirements & Minimum Qualifications:
- Two or more years of RN experience in Operating Room or Endoscopy settings.
- Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
- Active RN licensure from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.
- Flexibility to participate in on-call duties on a rotating schedule.
Colleagues with an associate degree are required to enroll in a BSN program within 12 months of hire and obtain their BSN within 5 years.
