We are looking for a passionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Kettering Health Network. Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver comprehensive care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Accountability for professional development and practice within legal care boundaries.
- Act as a patient advocate to ensure safe care delivery, including delegation of tasks and participation in improvement activities.
- Reflect the values and philosophies of Kettering Health Network in nursing care delivery.
Qualifications
- Ohio Registered Nurse license.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school; preference for Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Recent graduates must complete BSN within 5 years of hire.
- Refresher course completion may be required for nurses returning to acute care after a long absence.
- BLS certification; ACLS, NRP, PALS based on unit practice.
