Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Operating Room/Endoscopy Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team at Goshen Health. As an RN in our state-of-the-art surgical suites, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standard of care for our patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Perform circulating functions, monitor patient condition, and manage nursing care during OR and Endoscopy procedures
- Assist physicians with surgical and endoscopy tasks
- Prepare and set up procedure rooms and equipment
Requirements & Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience as an RN in the Operating Room or Endoscopy
- Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
- Active RN licensure from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency
- Flexibility for on-call duties on a rotating schedule
Colleagues hired with an associate degree must enroll in a BSN program within 12 months of hire. Effective February 2021, experienced colleagues may be exempt from this requirement.
