Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Our company, Green Source Automation LLC, located in Jerome, Idaho, is currently in need of an experienced Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in all stages of our automated systems life cycle, from design and development to testing, installation, start-up, and maintenance support. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical mindset and be dedicated to advancing and upholding our automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Performing maintenance on Robotics Systems within the dairy industry.
• Conducting biweekly maintenance on all six systems.
• Executing weekly brush changes.
• Carrying out monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Adhering to set work hours and days; may involve occasional on-call shifts.

Requirements

• Ability and willingness to acquire the necessary skills for required maintenance tasks.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Experience working with chemicals such as Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, and Iodine.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation details: $55,000 - $75,000 yearly salary.
