Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician to join Green Source Automation LLC, based in Jerome, Idaho. The role involves participation in all stages of the automated systems life cycle, from design to support. The ideal candidate should have a mechanical mindset, the ability to develop maintenance skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Robotics Systems in the dairy industry.
• Perform biweekly maintenance on all six systems.
• Conduct weekly brush changes and monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Adhere to set shift work hours and be available for occasional on-call shifts.

Requirements

• Develop the necessary maintenance skills.
• Read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Handle and work with chemicals such as Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, and Iodine.
• Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
• Work independently and collaboratively.
• Have knowledge of troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation

Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year.
