Job Description: Sales Lead at Janie and Jack LLC

Our Sales Leads at Janie and Jack are iconic, approachable, and connected to our customers. They provide individualized experiences through authentic customer connections, offering expert styling advice while embracing individuality and diversity.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a role model for the team in sales generation and exceptional customer focus through genuine relationships.
  • Maintain a beautifully presented store by stocking, remerchandising, and implementing price markdowns.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve/exceed business goals using strong business acumen skills.
  • Generate ideas to evolve and grow the business.
  • Create a positive work environment fostering diversity, inclusivity, teamwork, and passion for the brand.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of retail sales experience with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, inspiring company.
  • Great communication skills and an optimistic problem-solver.
  • Flexibility to support non-selling activities to meet business needs.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
