Job Description
Join the WDC Appliances team as a Showroom Manager at our Santa Barbara location! WDC Kitchen & Bath Center is a renowned luxury retailer specializing in appliances, bath fixtures, and more. As the Showroom Manager, you will oversee business operations, manage a team of approximately seven employees, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. Take the lead in developing strategies to enhance store performance and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Develop business strategies to expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to propose innovative ideas.
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals and address any issues that arise.
- Additional duties as required.
Requirements
- 5 years of showroom management experience preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and business acumen.
- Proven success as a retail Store Manager.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- BS degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
