Join the WDC Appliances team as a Showroom Manager at our Santa Barbara location! WDC Kitchen & Bath Center is a renowned luxury retailer specializing in appliances, bath fixtures, and more. As the Showroom Manager, you will oversee business operations, manage a team of approximately seven employees, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. Take the lead in developing strategies to enhance store performance and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop business strategies to expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to propose innovative ideas.
  • Conduct personnel performance appraisals and address any issues that arise.
  • Additional duties as required.

Requirements

  • 5 years of showroom management experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership and business acumen.
  • Proven success as a retail Store Manager.
  • Customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • BS degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
