Job Description

Bayview Building Materials is seeking a Yard Operations team member to assist customers with yard material at our store in Vancouver, Washington. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and stocking materials in the lumber yard and warehouse, while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in loading materials safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the sales and yard team to ensure prompt customer service.
• Verify materials loaded against purchase invoices for accuracy.
• Develop knowledge of materials and utilize tools such as forklifts and saws.
• Report any safety hazards or incidents promptly.

Requirements

• Ability to meet physical job requirements.
• 1-3 months of relevant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Compensation: $16.28-$22.6 per hour.
