Job Description
We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at LifeBridge Health. As a staff nurse at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, you will be part of a dedicated team providing exceptional medical and emotional care to residents and patients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Assume a leadership role as needed to ensure residents' needs are met.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to attend to the daily operations of the unit.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment such as IV pumps and EKG machines.
- Compassion, motivation, and dedication to helping residents in need.
