We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position requires a night shift commitment with exceptional benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation services for residents with complex needs. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated staff members to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.
Job Summary
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized care plans. You will play a vital role in ensuring the needs of our residents are met, taking on leadership responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing
- Valid License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
