Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. In this full-time position with a weekend commitment on the night shift, you will be part of our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit, providing high-quality care to our residents.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation services. Our team members must be compassionate, motivated, and dedicated to supporting our residents with complex needs.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, the LPN will play a key role in developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the residents' needs. Responsibilities include attending to daily unit operations and assuming leadership duties when necessary.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have an Associate's degree in nursing, be a graduate of an accredited nursing school, hold a current LPN license, and possess basic computer skills. Familiarity with medical equipment and certification in AHA CPR are required.
