Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in Household #1, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment during day shifts from 7:00am to 7:30pm. This role involves providing individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/Director of Nursing (DON) to ensure the residents' needs are met and maintaining the daily operations of the unit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in supervising nursing personnel and unit operations.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to deliver high-quality care.
- Participate in the Nursing Career Ladder for RN advancement opportunities.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- Current American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
