Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As part of our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at Levindale Hospital, you will play a crucial role in providing top-quality medical and emotional care to residents and patients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the guidance of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure residents' needs are met.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid License for Practical Nursing.
- AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
