Job Title: LPN-LTC: Subacute Rehabilitation Unit
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment on the night shift (7:00pm-7:30am).
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit providing residents with daily activities, services, and support. It specializes in subacute rehabilitation for residents with complex needs, requiring compassionate and dedicated staff.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, the LPN will contribute to the development and implementation of individualized nursing care plans, ensuring residents' needs are met. The role also involves overseeing daily unit operations and assuming leadership responsibilities as necessary.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing
- Less than one year of experience
- Valid LPN license and AHA CPR certification
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and specialized medical equipment
