Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our Brain Health Unit, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment on the night shift from 7:00pm to 7:30am. Your role will involve providing essential medical care and emotional support to our residents and patients, helping them regain function and vitality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Provide basic physical assessments and attend to the daily operations of the unit.
- Assume a leadership role as necessary to ensure the needs of the residents are met.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment such as IV pumps, EKG machines, and specialty beds.
- Less than one year of experience required.
