Job Description
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our team, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment during the night shift, focusing on providing high-quality care to our residents.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed subacute rehabilitation unit offering a wide range of services to residents with complex needs. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to those in need.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, the LPN will assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans. You will play a key role in ensuring the residents' needs are met and supporting the unit's daily operations.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- Less than one year of experience.
- Valid Practical Nursing license and CPR certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
