Job Description
New Era Technology is seeking an AV Field Engineer to join our innovative team. As an AV Field Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and troubleshooting AV and multimedia systems, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service delivery. Responsibilities
- Support the installation team with technical tasks related to AV systems.
- Fabricate and install AV systems both in the field and in-house.
- Document equipment details and maintain inventory control.
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair custom AV systems.
- Train clients on AV system operation.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
- Avixa CTS certification and a minimum of four years of AV experience.
- Proficiency in audiovisual applications like ClearOne, Extron, Crestron, etc.
- Clean driving record and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
