Clinical Director

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Director to join SilverCrest and lead the clinical services program at Village Shores Campus, an Assisted Living Facility. As the Clinical Director, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the success of the clinical services program, overseeing compliance, and providing high-quality care to older adults. Responsibilities

• Manage the overall clinical services program in compliance with state regulations.
• Supervise and train clinical staff to deliver exceptional care and service to residents.
• Create and update personalized care plans to meet residents' individual needs.
• Collaborate with a team of nurses to ensure seamless service delivery and resident satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minnesota Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in Assisted Living.
• Current CPR certification.
