IT SAP Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Specialist to join Florim Solution, Inc, a leader in the ceramic and porcelain tile industry. As the SAP Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting SAP-related requests, implementing projects, troubleshooting software issues, and optimizing business processes.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Associate Degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of two years in SAP consulting or relevant industry experience.
• Functional Knowledge: Hands-on experience with SAP ERP Sales and distribution, Logistic execution, and Warehouse management modules.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 products, and basic project management knowledge.
• Preferred Skills: Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ABAP programming skills, and experience with EDI processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex project implementations and process enhancement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot software issues and provide user support.
• Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and tailor software solutions.
• Train users, develop SOPs, and ensure compliance with solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to innovate and optimize processes.

Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year. Comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off, health insurance, retirement savings, tuition assistance, and employee discounts on tile products.
