SilverCrest is seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Programming to join Kingsley Shores Senior Living, an Assisted Living Facility. Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of innovative programs for resident engagement.
• Ensure resident and family satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality programming.
• Provide leadership and supervision to the programming team.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all residents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in therapeutic recreation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a programs-related position, with leadership experience in an assisted living setting.
