Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maximize store sales and financial performance.
• Hire, train, and develop customer-focused associates.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain merchandising standards.
• Ensure safety, accounting, and loss prevention procedures are executed.
• Oversee building maintenance, conduct store meetings, and handle accounts receivable.

Qualifications

• Passionate about meeting customer needs.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and auto parts knowledge.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends.

Physical Requirements

• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Stand, lift, bend, walk, sit, and use a computer and phone.
