Identity Governance Analyst

Job Description

The University of Vermont Medical Center is looking for an experienced Identity Governance Analyst to lead digital identity processes and workflows. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for establishing, documenting, and operating identity governance procedures, including user onboarding, offboarding, access requests, and troubleshooting identity-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Establish and operate digital identity processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with business and clinical staff to develop and maintain user roles and entitlements.
• Provide ongoing troubleshooting of identity governance related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in information security and IT operations.
• Certifications in Epic Security or prior experience with Electronic Health Record software preferred.
