Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in the Skilled Long Term Care/ Rehab Unit, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. From developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans to attending to daily unit operations, you will contribute to the well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide personalized care.
- Utilize nursing principles and assessment skills to meet residents' needs.
- Assume a leadership role when necessary to ensure efficient unit operations.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent; graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed as a Practical Nurse with AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic proficiency in computer skills and medical equipment operation.
