Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital, a reputable healthcare facility in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in the Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans and ensure the well-being of our residents. This is a full-time position on the day shift, offering competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to meet the residents' needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited school.
- Active License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
