Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work full-time during day shifts to provide compassionate care and support to our residents and patients.
Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse, under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans to meet the needs of residents. Additionally, LPNs may need to take on leadership responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing with a License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment such as IV Pumps and EKG Machines.
Unit Summary
The Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at Levindale Hospital consists of Halls 1, a sub-acute rehabilitation unit with high complexity. It provides daily activities and specialized care to residents.
