Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans, ensuring the well-being of our residents. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit.
- Provide compassionate care to residents with diverse medical needs.
- Participate in the Clinical Career Ladder program for LPNs.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license.
- AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Compassionate, motivated, and dedicated to helping others in need.
