Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore. As an LPN in our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care to residents, help them regain function and vitality, and ensure a high standard of medical and emotional support.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and physical assessment skills to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Oversee daily unit operations and take on leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the well-being of residents.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing License.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Certification in AHA BLS CPR.
- Compassionate, motivated, and dedicated to providing care to those in need.
