Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN-ACUTE to join our team at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an integral member of our BRAIN HEALTH UNIT, you will provide medical and emotional care to residents and patients, assisting in the development and implementation of individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure residents' needs are met.
- Assume leadership responsibilities when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide exceptional care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical equipment operation.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
